LEG NOTES:

The Relay Race begins at Bear Creek Lodge on Mt. Spokane.  Stellar skiing just up the road in the winter and beautiful vistas in the summer!  Services include restrooms, parking, and photography opportunities.  Pancake Carb-Load available at Bear Creek Lodge all morning.  Please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your flight.  Team introductions and announcements will take place 5 minutes before wave start time. 

LEG DESCRIPTION:

During this leg runners will descend nearly 1,000 feet during the 5.1 mile section.  Runners must stay on right side of road as they make their way down the mountain.  Vans are not allowed to stop on HWY 206 (turn-outs are ok).

 0.0         Depart Start Line traveling SW on Highway 206 (also called North Mount Spokane Park Drive)

5.1      Arrive at Exchange 1 on left hand side of road at Fire District Station #48.
