Figuring Final Payments

If you chose to pay the $650 deposit at the time of registration, rather than the registration fee in full, a check for the registration fee balance must be postmarked no later than March 1st, 2016. If a check for the balance is not postmarked by March 1st, your team will forfeit the benefit of  “early registration fee” pricing.  Reminder emails will be sent on January 1st and January 15th, but emails don’t always reach the recipient and the Team Captain is ultimately responsible for sending the balance by March 1st, so mark your calendar now!  You may send the balance at any time before March 1st in order to confirm your team.

  • Run team balance – $670 early pricing ($790 regular pricing)
  • Ultra team balance – $190 early pricing ($250 regular pricing)

If electing to participate in the “Hire-a-Volunteer” program, your donation of $100 per volunteer ($200 total for a regular run) is due by March 1st and must be a SEPARATE CHECK. Make check payable to Cascade Relays Foundation, PO Box 9640, Bend OR 97708.
(The cost per volunteer goes up as the event draws closer as it becomes increasingly difficult to find and secure volunteers on short notice. Full details are here.) Please be sure this check is marked with “S2S”, “HAV”, and your team name so that it can be properly credited to your team. If you initially selected the option to provide your own volunteers and now want to switch to the Hire A Volunteer program, you must email us at info at to make the switch.
