LEG DESCRIPTION: 

The Men’s Time Trial takes place on Leg 14 which is a very flat section on the paved Centennial Trail. Good luck!  Runners might consider carrying water if needed as there will be no vehicle support.

 0.0      Depart Exchange 13 on the Centennial Trail

3.3     Arrive at Exchange 14 at Rest stop Parking area

DRIVER DIRECTIONS:

Head back south on Harvard Ave. which turns into Liberty Dr. and pass over I-90.  Follow 1-90 East Signs (toward Coeur D’ Alene) and get back on I-90.  Do NOT take the Spokane exit or you’ll be going the wrong direction!  Travel 3.2 Miles on I-90 heading east and take a right off the Interstate at Exit 299.  Follow Brown signs toward Gateway Park.  Take a left on Spokane Bridge Rd., pass under I-90 and follow road 0.2 miles until it T’s.  At the T intersection take a left.  The Rest Area and Exchange 14 are off to your left.
