Jan 1st, 2016 – Registration price increases.
March 1, 2016 – Registration fee balance is due. Payments for “Hire-a-Volunteer” program are due.
April 1st, 2016 – All team members must be registered with T-Shirt sizes by April 1st in order to guarantee their T-Shirt size. Participants registered after April 1st will receive the closest size available, if we run out of that size.
April 15th, 2016 – Registration price increases.
July 1st, 2016 – Price increases for the “Hire-a-Volunteer” program.
July 15th, 2016 – Deadline to provide final team information including final team roster, average team 10K times and division assignments. (This information is used to generate accurate start times. If your roster is incomplete, start times will be generated based on the information available. Please try to have at least 9 teammates registered by this date.)
Register your volunteers so that we can set volunteer assignments.
August 7th, 2016 – Team start times and volunteer assignments posted. Absolutely no changes will be made to volunteer assignments after August 3rd. Only critical start time change requests will be considered. Please understand that this close to the race bibs have been printed, timing software has been loaded, charity volunteers have been hired, and making individual changes becomes extremely difficult.
August 19th, 2016 – Last day to update team roster for finishers shirts. (Database will remain open until August 24th for last minute roster changes, but t-shirts are packaged by team based on information in database on August 12th.)
